Research is a valued activity at IWM. Our curators actively engage with the academic community in new and challenging ways in order to deepen our understanding of war and its impact and to enrich our public outputs.
IWM is an Independent Research Organisation (IRO). We have been and continue to be involved in a number of research projects, and work closely with universities and higher education institutions to develop collaborative doctoral studentships. In partnership with academic and cultural institutions, we also regularly host seminars and conferences.
